These Terms & Conditions govern your use of colliersmagazine.com (the “Site”) and any subscription you purchase from Collier’s Magazine, published by LNN USA (“Collier’s”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or purchasing a subscription you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Collier’s Magazine is published by LNN USA, Colliers Magazine, a company registered in New Jersey, United States. You can reach us at ColliersMagazine@LNNUSA.com.

2. Subscriptions and plans

We offer three annual subscription plans: Defender (print edition, $120 per year), Patriot (digital edition, $120 per year) and Patron (all-access print and digital, $175 per year). Each plan delivers 12 issues over a twelve-month term. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

A subscription begins when we accept your order and confirm it by email. We may decline an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud or an error in pricing or availability.

3. Automatic renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will renew for a further twelve-month term and the payment method on file will be charged the then-current annual price. We will send a reminder to your registered email address before each renewal.

You may cancel at any time from your account area at https://colliersmagazine.com/my-account/subscriptions/ or by emailing ColliersMagazine@LNNUSA.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds are handled.

4. Price changes

We may change subscription prices. Any change will apply from your next renewal, and we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before it takes effect. If you do not accept the new price you may cancel before the renewal date.

5. Delivery

Print issues are mailed to the delivery address on your account. Please allow [X] days from the publication date for delivery within the United States. If an issue does not arrive, contact us within [X] days of the publication date and we will arrange a replacement. It is your responsibility to keep your delivery address current in your account.

Digital editions are made available through your account as each issue is published. Access to digital content requires an active subscription and a compatible device and internet connection.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use by a single subscriber. You may not share, resell or transfer your account or digital access.

7. Intellectual property

All content published by Collier’s Magazine — including articles, photography, illustration and design — is protected by copyright and owned by Collier’s, LNN USA or our contributors. You may read, download and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, republication, distribution or commercial use requires prior written permission; see our Permissions page.

Submissions of work for editorial consideration are governed separately by the policy published on our Submissions page.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or harvest content or personal data by automated means, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Site available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the Site, and we may amend these terms, at any time. Where a change materially affects your subscription we will give you reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.

Content published by Collier’s is provided for general information and comment. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

11. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, and the courts of, New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
